Photoshop Homework #1
1)
The Pen Tool:
In this video i learn you could change the thickness and color of the stroke for pen tool in Photoshop which is quite similar to illustrator. There's this effect when you apply onto the pen tool called rubber band which gives you a preview to see whether you want to place the point there or not which is a handy tool to use. Left clicking your point and dragging it creates a curve for the point as well which is similar to illustrator.
2)
The Vanishing Point Filter and Perspective:
Opening the effects bar and pressing vanishing point tool. Creating plane tool lets you click on corners of your plane (you must have 4 corners for this to work). Different colors on the grid mean different things as well. Red meaning it wont work, yellow means Photoshop doesn't like it but it could work and blue means Photoshop agrees with the perspective and then click apply. Making sure youre on the layer you put the vanishing point filter on, copy and past the image into the selection and itll create a plane of that image. Now you can adjust it and move to the perspective of you're liking. This is a cool tool to use in the future for creating different perspectives in the image.
3)
The Clone Stamp Tool:
by selecting the clone stamp tool you're allowed to select a brush size and intricately outline you're desired image you want to clone. You then press the option key and brush over the image you wanna clone. Then drag it and you'll see on Photoshop that it selected whatever you brushed over and cloned it. This could help me in the future for symmetry. It uses the area you selected as an anchor point. That sbecasue the brush copies everything that crosses over. It also helps remove a bunch of unnecessary objects in the image that you want to take out.
